How long are you waiting for a client in case of flight delays?
We are wait as long is necessary, until the customer cancels the ride. One hour of waiting is charged according to the service fares. In case of cancellations 3 hours before time of ride or after passing time set for ride customer loses the right to return the advance payment.
Do you charge extra baggage?
No, we are not charging for extra luggage in case of personal luggage. Taxi service is not intended for the transport of goods and cargo that go beyond the personal baggage.
Do you drive a pet?
Yes, of course.
Do you ride bikes and similar bulky luggage?
We ride bikes and bulky luggage as well, but it is necessary to previously noted that so we can be prepared.
